BEST COOKIE: Tie between the Wancko cookie at Signmund's Pretzels (29 Avenue B, at 2nd St.) and the hazelnut, rosemary, chocolate cookie at Bakeri (150 Wythe Ave, at N. 8th St. in Williamsburg, Brooklyn).
